UX and Brand Design
Design is a thought process, a creative solution to addressing human problems, wants and needs, an ecosystem, a visual explanation, communication, an aspiration, an image that reflects our emotions & memories, a visual language, a story, a system.
Design can help us sell things, explain things, make things look better, make us laugh, inspire curiosity, make us take action, be identifiable, be easily understood.
And good design is good customer experience.
For the past 10 years I have been building, extending, and stewarding the BetterLesson brand. The UX of our platform, our marketing and customer support collateral, our learning materials, and our learning platform are the backbone of this work. We’re on a mission to create more favorite teachers, so that we may ignite the passion and potential of every student. And what guides the BL brand at its core is to honor profession of teaching.
